·         Please allow 2-5 days for your order to be fulfilled and shipped to you.  All packages are shipped via USPS.  

·         All order are Tracked.  Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Tracking Number.  NOTE:  During this Covid epidemic, some shipping delays should be expected.

Return & Exchange Policy for Bags • Returns or Exchanges accepted with 3 days of receiving. Returns on un-used merchandise only. No returns after 3 days. • If your item was damaged during shipping, we will replace after we review the damage. Send us a pic of the damage • No returns for merchandise damaged by the buyer. • No returns for merchandise buyer has used. • Please contact us with any issues. Most problems can be easily resolved!
